Returns & Refund Policy

1. Free Returns

• Free returns within 90 days after the order is placed.
• The first return on each order is free, with a limit of 5 returns per month.
• To initiate a return, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

2. Refund for Undelivered Packages

• If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
• You must notify us within 30 days of placing the order for us to process your refund.

3. Refund for Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement product.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package, or if you suspect the package is lost. Proof of damage (photos/videos) will be required for processing.
